Doubtful suspicions about the sale of seized gasoline by Kurchenko were raised by those fighting corruption on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers and Pashinsky’s group.
Information about how the battle between two groups of “light forces” ended for the right to correct corruption in the trade of seized mines has gone undeservedly unnoticed.
Even a month ago, not a day has passed without a comment appearing in ZMI: “Only our team knows how to find out the evil in this scheme.” Now it’s quiet.
It is possible that it has come that, despite all efforts, the old scheme is no longer there, the beneficiaries have simply changed. Infection - “worthy people of Nishny’s rule.” Now - the details.
De jure, the war “between our own” was over those who correctly sell the arrested mines. De facto, there was talk about Kurchenko’s gasoline. It seems that the cooperative in its own name monopolized Shakhrai’s gasoline import schemes, and after the “young businessman” fled to Moscow, part of the already arrested business was lost in Ukraine.
The sale of those arrested in Ukraine has long been described by law, but with a hint of corruption. Current regulations are followed through the court to ask for permission to implement them, then the commission comes up with a price and selects a private seller. If a product turns out to be worth a lot of money, then the money will go to the state budget, if not, then the money will be turned over. The very concept of “price-seller choice” is a corruption insecurity. Selling cheap goods from a specially selected company is always acceptable. Moreover, it’s still legal.

So, from then on, two groups from the current Olympus tried to regulate this process with the new Cabinet of Ministers. One group is from the Ministry of Justice, the other is from the current AP. The engine of the other group was the head of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the promotion of anti-corruption legislation, Olen Tishchenko. The authorities showed up at the request of Sergius Pashinsky, who was then appointed as a vo. Head of the Administration of President Oleksandr Turchynov.
After further mutual calls, the option is available to decide without showing up. However, Kurchenko did not lie. As there is no new law, the old, “lack of thoroughness” is used.
Having strictly adhered to the norms of the law, the investigators went to trial, and on the 30th of Wednesday the Primorsky Court of Odessa received a ruling that the arrested fire may be sold through the enterprise “Ukrtransnaftaprodukt”, which belongs to the sovereign PJSC “Ukrnaftoprodukt” (Volodya low-level oil depots in Ukraine).
Under the gaze of machine gunners, Kurchenko’s gasoline left Sechin’s base and was sold by Tishchenko’s company.
On the 17th of August, the Vasylkiv oil depot “Skhid” (where a large part of the warehouse was located) was invaded by machine gunners with MVS stripes, and they immediately began to export fuel oil on an industrial scale - leather goods were transported by fuel tanker.
Representatives of Rosneft, which leases the Skhid oil depot, started a riot. Having said that, take out the burning wood, as there is no need to get to Kurchenko.
We will not get confused by the intricacies of the relationship between Kurchenko and Rosneft’s Sechin (it rents a petroleum storage facility and is Kurchenko’s business partner at the Odessa Oil Refinery). We were ordered to be tsked upon by the arrested police officer.
It turned out that after the dumping of naftobaz, it quickly appeared on the open market. But selling it not to the sovereign “Ukrtransnaftaprodukt”, but to the entirely private LLC “Ukroylproduct”. Vitaly Antonova’s Galnaftogaz company, which trades in fuel through the OKKO network, officially announced this in its press release.
“Ukroylproduct” itself is included in the warehouse of the group of companies “Factor” Serhiy Tishchenko, a great man Olenya Tishchenko.

By some completely unknown means, Kurchenko’s diesel was transferred from Ukrtransnaftaprodukt to a private company. Most likely, it is up to the decisions of the “house committee”, which, presumably, comes up with a price and selects a private seller.
True, the “powerful” company stated that it was no longer possible to transport Vasilkov to a new location to save money. And the Ministry of Energy respects that the burning oil is still sold, not by Ukrtransnaftaprodukt itself.
Such unfavorable positions will once again suggest the “Chichvarkin effect”. Guess what, this Russian businessman will leave Russia after he begins to confront the local investigative authorities, who seize a batch of his mobile phones, selling them for two dollars for piece.
By the way, Olena Tishchenko herself is also aware of these problems. In her recent advertising interview with Economic Pravda, she revealed how she needs to clean up this corruption scheme. On the butt of Kurchenko, who was arrested in Odessa:
"The Ministry of Economy has about 500 of its own companies. The Ministry of Fuel and Energy and Prodan also have their own oil depots. They could easily take all of this for storage, selling some off at auction. That's a completely transparent method, but it's uninteresting because where there's transparency, there's no profit. Far more interesting is what's happening with these petroleum products now. Letters have already been sent from the Odessa Oil Refinery, saying that if the petroleum products aren't removed urgently, there's a threat of a man-made disaster for all of Odessa and a plant explosion. They're trying to frame this as a company that will supposedly be given these petroleum products for storage, only to find that it has no storage space and sells them at a reduced price," Olena Tyshchenko explained.
It is unknown how low the price was this time. As far as I can see, the price is the same as the private ones say: according to the Nefterynka data, it is 5% lower than the market price.
At what price does Tischenko's Ukroylproduct take diesel from oil depots, and obviously how many pennies it spends on the budget - it's an insane mystery.
So the only conclusive fact of this situation is that Kurchenko’s arrested bedroom is being sold by the company of a great anti-corruption activist, Olenya Tishchenko.
Insanely, in other countries such a situation could not exist in principle. Kurchenko left Ukraine so long ago, and the evidence of smuggling of firearms is so obvious that even a few months ago he would have been tried, but not arrested, but confiscated and sold through an auction. But in such a situation, everything seems to be too clear-sighted, unsightly and unprofitable.
If, in the Ukrainian realities, there is a worthless GPU and the following MVS, it would be possible to create a more adequate private structure that would not be associated with specific nicknames. Well, let’s voice our prices publicly. It would be in the current trend for insight. Well, that means it’s no good...
I stop. We are publishing this article two years after the first information about the trade in arrested fires appeared. During this hour, official structures did not comment on this on the right. In Ukrainian realities, this means one thing: the scheme has a patron on the highest level. And his nickname is visible.

It’s funny, however, that the truth is not that it’s a scheme, but it’s a patron. The head cover lies in the total war of all others. Such hostility is developing that a new game is being born in Ukraine: “This is your topic, and I talk about it, but this is my topic, and you still don’t care about it.”
