Regarding Andrey Stavnitser's departure from the position of CEO of TIS, which he held for 13 years (he was appointed by his father three years before his death). All this is trivial compared to the scale of TIS. Moreover, his job as CEO didn't bother him. Unlike his brother and his friend Philipp Grushko, he had long since abandoned day-to-day management, focusing on representative functions and basking in his high status.
