On April 7, 2021, an online auction will be held for the privatization of the property of the integral property complex of the former state enterprise Transmash, which is now on the balance sheet of the structural division of the State Enterprise "Administration of the State Property Fund of Ukraine" (Dnipropetrovsk branch), reports press office State Property Fund.
The starting price of the lot is 75,612,843 UAH.
"GP Transmash" is a machine-building plant in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, which was engaged in the production of dump cars, spare parts and components for them, gondola cars, as well as repairs (including major repairs) and maintenance of railway rolling stock.
The privatization object consists of buildings and structures with a total area of 45,968.5 m², including: the main building, warehouses, garages, a welding laboratory, an oxygen storage room, a ventilation cooling tower, a paint shop and other specialized premises.
"In addition, the property complex includes 10 wheeled vehicles, industrial equipment, and inventory. The total land area is 24,0094 hectares," the statement reads.
Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until April 6.
