The Deposit Guarantee Fund has extended the liquidation of Finrostbank until the end of 2017.

bankFinrostbank's liquidation has been extended until October 16, 2017, by decision of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals. This decision was made on October 12 of this year.

Igor Krasyuk, a leading specialist in bank insolvency resolution at the Deposit Guarantee Fund, is currently the bank's liquidator. Before him, the bank's liquidation was handled by Evgeny Yurchenko, and before that, by Alexander Volkov.

The liquidation process itself was launched on October 16, 2014, after the bank was declared insolvent. Prior to this, the bank's main shareholder was Alexander Bondarev, who owned 50% of the shares. The remaining shares were distributed among individuals and legal entities.
