Kolomoisky's firm has taken control of Boryspil's in-flight catering facility.

benyaThe Ministry of Infrastructure handed over the Boryspil Airport in-flight catering facility for a pittance. The recipient was Rapex-1, a company associated with Ihor Kolomoisky. This was reported. UN with a link to the story of the program Schemes.

The signatory of this company is Inna Boyko, who is also a member of the supervisory board of PJSC Dnipronefteprodukt, which is owned by Kolomoisky.

It should be noted that prior to the workshop's appraisal, a competition for the position of appraiser was launched. The winner was the company "Consulting Center," but it turned out that the firm received its appraisal certificate on May 28, while the deadline for submitting documents, including the certificate, was May 24.

The workshop's value was initially estimated at 44,565 million hryvnias, but in early 2015, it dropped to 11,7-20,5 million hryvnias due to fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate. Therefore, the estimate is now outdated, as the valuation methodology approved by the Cabinet of Ministers only allows it to be valid for six months.

Interestingly, the Ministry of Infrastructure did not respond to questions about Kolomoisky's company, instead shifting the blame to officials from the State Property Fund.
