Three companies submitted bids for the tender, which would sell the plants at less than two-thirds of the required price, but would be much more expensive than the estimated price. According to the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, criticism was carried out for the presence of journalists, the remaining results of the competition will be announced within 20 days.
LLC "VK Impex" and LLC "VOG Aero Jet" submitted applications for two lots of 30 thousand tons of burning leather, LLC "Element Oil" distributed burning wood in one of these lots.
"Element Oil" sold pallivo at 21,300 UAH/t. Their competitors “VK Impex” and “VOG Aero Jet” bid on this and that other lot, and they competed including each other, paying 29,670 and 28,200 UAH/t.
Therefore, according to one of the cheapest lots, the bid of Element-Oil is worth 639 million UAH, and for the other, VOG Aero Jet is worth 846 million UAH. However, the offended applications are expensive due to the estimated price of “Ukrzaliznychpostachu” – 18,990 UAH/t.

The companies “VK Impex” and “VOG Aero Jet” are controlled by the “Continuum” group of People’s Deputy Igor Yeremeev, and regularly take part in tenders that compete with each other. For example, this company won the Energoatom tender for the supply of firewood in the amount of UAH 15,40 million. at 17,200 UAH/t. It was much cheaper with the author, and the stench was noticeable from the slimes.
The final owner of VOG Aero Jet is the Dutch company West Oil Group Holding B.V. Following the data from VDZ, the company began winning tenders in recent years. During this hour, the government received a total of 2,71 billion UAH, most of the sum fell on the tender of Ukrzaliznychpostach, which was also awarded to another “regular” company, Ukrpostach-Naftotrade.
The leader of “VK Impex” is Mikola Golanov, who is the head of the technical operation department of gas stations of the same group “Continuum”. “Impex” of registrations in Lutsk at the same address is also with a low company – with the local branch of “Golden Equator” Eremieva and LLC “Delta West Oil Group”. The Dutch company West Oil Group Holding B.V. has become the owner of the remaining company. And the first leaders were Yeremeev’s partners in “Continuum” Stepan Ivakhiv and Sergiy Koretsky.
“VK Impex” has been the supplier of fuel for “Ukrzaliznytsia” since the past, when it took away UAH 656 million in a row.
In 2013-2014, companies from Yeremiev’s group “Vogue Aero Jet”, “Ukrpostach-Naftotrade” and “VK Impex” won diesel tenders worth UAH 5,44 billion. At this point, the tender price for firewood from Yeremeeva became 11,250 UAH/t without MPE, which also significantly exceeded market prices.
Apparently, the first defender of the head of Ukrzaliznytsia, Maxim Blank, announced in early spring that Ukrzaliznytsia had previously purchased diesel fuel at discounted prices.
“There is a lot of talk about the supply prices of the previous period - but it’s true that the prices were already protected. I can no longer correct the situation from the past period. Borg will soon be sold to one of the largest Ukrainian banks, and I will pay a lot of money,” said Blank, without specifying specific customers.
Then, in addition to Eremeev’s companies, Ukrzaliznytsya’s partners were also the Donetsk companies “Ekooil” and “Pesha Pine Company”.
