At the end of 2012, the State Fund sold LLC "Empire Comfort" this mining complex, which was developed on two plots of land with an area of ​​4,69 hectares and 0,75 hectares on the street. In addition, LLC “Plant “Izumrud” has allowed a stitched-out obstruction in front of the workers. In connection with the unconvinced minds of the agreement, the State Fund, having gone to court, turned the enterprise to power.
The judges of all three instances were satisfied with the FDMU’s position. They indicated that as of 04/08/2013, they will be charged from wages and compulsory pension insurance at the enterprise on a daily basis. And in terms of technical innovation, the enterprise has been given five milestones, so until the end of 2017. Thus, the judges ruled on the existence of a fundamental violation by the company of its obligations under the contract.

The founders of LLC “Empire Comfort” are Olga and Evgen Krichevsky from Dnipropetrovsk. Previously, Evgen Krichevsky was the founder of the liquidated trade company "Optima Trade" together with the company "Crystalmax Ltd" (St. Kitts and Neves), which is one of the founders of TOV VTF "Avias" from the orbit of Igor Kolomoisky.
According to ZMI, the Izumrud enterprise together with the subsidiary Vinnytsia Diamond Factory Kristal previously held a monopoly on the diamond cutting market. Since the mid-2000s, “Izumrud” may have started its work, and a lack of tenants appeared on its territory.
