Georgy Tuka: A millionaire volunteer was caught engaging in dishonest activity.
The life of Georgiy Tuka is more interesting than any Mexican soap opera. The chronicle of the current deputy minister could easily begin with the phrase "From rags to riches." After all, it's the story of an uneducated street thug who, despite his criminal past, managed to rise to power. It's also the story of a man who, under the guise of good deeds during the war, earned millions, while staining his hands bloody up to the elbows.
It's also a story about a pseudo-virtue figure who regularly teaches Ukrainians morality and patriotism, while his daughter spits in the hearts of the victims of the Donbas occupation, and his son receives ATO veteran status without even having seen gunpowder.
Instead of a diploma, Georgy Tuka received criminal experience.
Georgiy Borisovich Tuka is a man with a long biography, or rather, a man with many biographies, and many different ones at that. So, Georgiy Tuka was born in the capital of Ukraine on November 24, 1963. He graduated from the Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute (the Ministry's website, unfortunately, doesn't specify when exactly). However, that's not the most interesting part. A closer look at Tuka's biography, which the official submitted to the Central Election Commission on the eve of the 2014 parliamentary elections, reveals a completely different account of the current deputy minister's educational background.
Skelet.Org clarified that Tuka studied at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (1982-1986). It's important to note that there are no documents confirming that the official graduated from the Kyiv university. Furthermore, his biography and oral statements only use the phrase "studied." "I studied at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in the Faculty of Control Systems and Automation of Technical Processes, so what I saw at the Impulse plant reminded me of my student years," Tuka, then governor, said while visiting the Severodonetsk Impulse plant.
At the same time, in the biography posted on the website of the Luhansk Regional State Administration in 2015, it was indicated that you
