The Verkhovna Rada has included up to date a bill on the issue of parliamentary and judicial shortcomings.
297 People's Deputies voted for the relevant decision.
Bill 1776, due to the lack of clarity of people's deputies of Ukraine and judges, was introduced to parliament by President Petro Poroshenko.
According to the bill, those parts of Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine that guarantee parliamentary inadequacy may be excluded from the Constitution.
As stated in the draft law, judging cannot be done without the help of the Supreme Court for the sake of justice, delays and arrests before the conviction of the accused by the court, after the conviction of the accused when committed or immediately after the commission of a serious or especially serious crime against life.
In Khmelnytskyi region, all people's deputies voted for the inclusion of this bill before parliament. During the day, I looked at the power of Andriy Shynkovich (the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” faction) and the non-factional Oleksandr Gerega.
