The State Fiscal Service reported a shortfall of UAH 14 million from UkrAgroLeasing.

gfsThe State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) discovered a shortfall of over 14 million hryvnias during an audit of the financial activities of JSC NAK UkrAgroLeasing. This was reported on the SFS website.

State financial inspectors discovered that the financial leasing agreements failed to stipulate a 10% down payment of the leased asset. As a result, the company lost approximately 5 million hryvnias. Furthermore, the lessees failed to pay a one-time commission of 7% of the total unreimbursed value for the equipment delivery. As a result, UkrAgroLeasing lost approximately 7,8 million hryvnias. SFS inspectors also found that the company failed to collect 0,8 million hryvnias in fines from lessees.

These facts of financial violations were sent to law enforcement agencies and, on this basis, criminal proceedings were opened.
