112 channelThe State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is conducting a pre-trial investigation into the Ukrainian television channel 112 Ukraine as part of a criminal case.

It is known that the investigation is being conducted into the contribution of funds to the authorized capital of companies within the 112 Ukraine group. The State Fiscal Service has already received court permission to access and seize equipment and documentation from the 112 Ukraine TV channel's office. As the press service noted, a search involving the confiscation of computers, servers, and other equipment is expected at the channel in the near future, which may result in its broadcasting being suspended.

As a reminder, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting yesterday decided to file a lawsuit to revoke the licenses of five legal entities broadcasting under the 112 Ukraine logo: Novy Format, Lider-TV, Partner-TV, TV-Vybor, and Ariadna-TV. The National Council also plans to fine these companies.
