State Fiscal Service Head Roman Nasirov appealed to the Ministry of Finance and the Cabinet of Ministers to dismiss his deputy, Konstantin Likarchuk.

At the briefing, Nasirov noted that he had submitted the relevant documents to law enforcement agencies regarding Likarchuk's involvement in corrupt activities.

Earlier, media reports indicated that Nasirov had "taken over" the State Fiscal Service's customs departments from his deputy, Likarchuk. The Cabinet of Ministers later instructed the State Fiscal Service to conduct an internal investigation into Kostiantyn Likarchuk's visit to Rivne on August 12.

As a reminder, Konstantin Likarchuk was appointed deputy head of the State Fiscal Service under Roman Nasirov in May 2015. Since his appointment, Likarchuk has repeatedly criticized the State Fiscal Service reform.
