The Prosecutor General's Office press service reported that the Ukrainian security agency sent a letter to its Israeli counterparts requesting that the former Yanukovych-era minister be served with a notice of suspicion of committing particularly serious crimes against the Ukrainian state.
According to the data available to the Prosecutor General's Office, Eduard Stavitsky is located in Israel under the name Nathan Rosenberg.
The Prosecutor General's Office also reported that Israeli Justice Minister Ayelet Sheked promised his Ukrainian colleagues to organize a review of this petition as soon as possible.
As a reminder, former Minister Eduard Stavytsky is suspected by the Prosecutor General's Office of embezzlement and misappropriation of state property on an especially large scale through abuse of office.
