The biggest scandal of the beginning of 2016 is the fact that one of the benefits of the visa-free regime was blocked - the electronic declaration of income of officials. This, in turn, gave birth to the practice of being subject to criminal charges for untruthful statements in these declarations.
At the same time, the position was moved to one place with an amendment, as deputy Andriy Derkach passed on the budget committee. The current parliament has a large number of members of the Labor Ukraine and the Party of Regions included in the “Will of the People” parliamentary group.
The “Will for the People” group is the backbone of the ruling coalition. If there are no votes to praise a positive decision, instead of seeking a compromise with members of the coalition, the leaders of the BPP and the “People's Front” are relying on a group of majoritarian deputies, created by the late people’s deputy Igor Yeremeev from among Volynsk fellow countrymen, numerous regions from the orbit of Lyovochkin-Boyka and comrades-in-arms of Volodymyr Lytvyn.
After the death of Yeremeev in 2015, the power and position of the “Will of the People” group began to decline. This discussion began after the group reached the odious Oles Dovgy, the great secretary of Kievradi, an accomplice of the space minister Chernovetsky and a close friend of the great chief of state of President Poroshenko, Serhiy Berezenko. At the right moment, Dovgyi adds voices to the coalition that are not needed for a positive vote.
One of the results of the long-term efforts to collect votes for the coalition was the praise of the budget for 4 ranks on the last day of the last session.

- in the “People's Front” Andriy Ivanchuk (whom Longtime never became a defender in parliament - in 2014 the Rada voted unanimously to remove him from prison) and Mykola Martinenko (who voted against the middle of “Our Ukraine” in Kiev for the hours of Chernovetsky);
- in the BPP - Igor Kononenko with Sergiy Berezenko, which is due to the Long-term troubles of the spivpratsi in the hours of cosmic measure.
This kind of “donation” to the coalition, supported by other business factions, is based on a pragmatic commercial expansion. The currency with which to pay for additional votes is the ability to install their “watchers” on the flows. At the end of the “Will to the People” group, this resource became the state-owned company “Ukrgazvydobuvannya”, which after the Revolution was “distributed” between Igor Yeremeev and Mikola Martinenko.
Moreover, since Martinenko rejected Yatsenyuk for his quota, the “Freedom of the People” group can hardly guarantee to cover the shortage of votes at the moment. Behind this, Yeremeev was appointed as the protector of the head of the board of Ukrgazvydobuvannya, Vadim Shlenchak, to the filling station of the Kalina, adding Yeremeev for his WOG measure.
Besides the gas equipment, which has already been written about in great detail, I recently heard about another “stimulation” scheme of the “Will to the People” group on the side of the government. Zokrema, we are going to support our loved ones to this group “Investment Bank and Protection” in the hour of financial crisis in Ukraine.
In the spring of 2015, Shlenchak, as the protector of the head of the ruling power “Ukrgazvydobuvannya”, placed a huge sum of 373 million 100 thousand on a line deposit account in the small-scale “Bank of Investments and Protection” hryvnia
As of June 1, 2015, “Bank of Investments and Protection” will enter the third group of banks. Vin ranks 30th place behind the indicator “power capital of the bank” and 46th place behind the indicator “assets of the bank”. Among the shareholders of the bank, according to the information published on the NBU website in 2015, the present people’s deputy of the “Will to the People” group Stepan Ivakhiv, the team of another deputy from this group the group of Yaroslav Moskalenka Inna, the brother of the late Igor Yeremeev Evgen, as well as the dairy and naphtha haze enterprise.
Thus, the bank, having rejected the situation and the incompetent relationship with its peers, will help to survive in times of financial turmoil. With the placement of a large sum of funds on a line deposit, the sovereign company has become bloodless, as it suffers from insufficient liquidity.
Later in 2015, the new management of Ukrgazvydobuvannya initiated legal proceedings for the dissolution of the land and the placement of 373 million hryvnias on deposits with the bank of the Volya Narodu group.
It’s important to note that the actions of Yeremeevsky’s management at Ukrgazvydobuvannya are completely similar to what Kolomoisky did in the state-owned company Ukrtransnafta.
If there is a story about the death of Oleksandr Lazorka, who worked with Ukrtransnafta for Kolomoisky’s quota, in the last days of his stay at the planting of the kerivnik, he decided to place the company’s billions of dollars in Privatbank, who also belong to the oligarch.
In both episodes, the state enterprises chose the interests of the oligarchic clans assigned to them. And these two stories are a concrete example of the growth of politics and business, which is the foundation of all political corruption in Ukraine for the last twenty years.
