According to factory employees, "numerous theatrical performances" and "brute force" are being used.
Workers at the plant reported that athletic men hired by the raider Boyko had occupied the company's administrative building and were preventing minority shareholders and the owner's representatives from entering. On Boyko's orders, all office equipment was removed from the building, and all documentation was destroyed. The factory's main production line was dismantled and transported to the Baltics, and the company's office was sealed with metal sheets.
