Igor Hryniv has traded his position as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for a parliamentary mandate.

Igor Hryniv has been dismissed from his post as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration following his election as a People's Deputy of Ukraine.

As reported on the website of the head of state, Hryniv has been appointed to replace Igor Rainin.

As a reminder, during his political career, Hryniv managed to change party cards for three parties. He was the head of Petro Poroshenko's campaign headquarters during the 2014 presidential and parliamentary elections. He is said to be the author of the election slogans for Poroshenko's political force: "Live in a New Way" and "Time to Unite." Rumor has it that he also came up with the idea of not displaying the faces of potential MPs on billboards and the campaign's red-and-white colors, like those of Batkivshchyna. Hryniv's campaign headquarters was dissatisfied with the results of the parliamentary elections. He is blamed for the poor showing of Petro Poroshenko's bloc in the Ukrainian parliamentary elections, specifically for the bland slogan and the lack of a clear message to potential voters.
