On September 15, 2014, the President of Ukraine signed a long-term legal act that actually changed the appearance of the capital of Ukraine. The head of the state paid to the Kiev mayor and to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, replacing six of the ten regional heads in the city of Kiev with the state administration.
The community adopted the decisions of the owners in various ways. In social circles, some newly minted leaders are called corruptors, who rely on the principle of financial gain in life, and others are called oligarchs, who have already begun to demonstrate their capabilities (for example, today they go to work for cars of various non-budget brands). In my opinion, such a conclusion is subjective and often relies on unrealized goals in the process, brothers swag and drive “supercars”. Why would you like to write only about those materials that are especially important and know the middle information of the world, where data about our origins and accomplishments in the past are still preserved?
Alright, let's go back to the cob. Late night, September 15, 2014, the week before the Day of the Sovereign Ensign and Independence Day, most of the regional goals in the area of Kiev were assigned to the sovereign administrations. Since I geographically extend to the Pechersk region, then this share of locality is less particularly appreciated the most. I’m not excited, because sometimes, for example, when the burning season will end, if it’s warm in my apartment, school will open on the 1st spring, as my daughter expects, and who’s taking away all the food there, tsk, why In winter, my yard will be cleared and snow removed, etc. This list can be continued ad infinitum. Prote, all these “chi” have a common banner: for all this, the regional state administration bears witness, and only those who decide to stay comfortable in our homes, families, and hearts.
I would like to say once again that before writing this material, I was prompted only by those facts that I especially felt and appreciated.

Having carefully familiarized myself with Martinchuk’s biography, I don’t want to work in my previous job, because I could not easily earn money for a car of this class, but I would like to have it serviced on the market. It became clear over the years that the driver of this car is a close friend of Martinchuk and, behind the madness, the head specialist of the Solomyansk district in the city of Kiev, the state administration, a great candidate for The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Party of Regions and a potential candidate for the seat of the intercessor of the head of the Pechersk regional government administration Igor Rodinsky.
The Solomyansk administration, with sarcasm and absurdity, accepted Rodinsky’s recognition of Pechersk and told him about the facts of his life and work in the government’s service.
On the right is that a great boxer, and at the same time a “qualified” lawyer, Rodinsky has been the secretary of the guardianship for the Solomyansk district in the city of Kiev of the sovereign administration, which was called to protect the rights and interests of people with mental illnesses, or homeless people. Doesn't it remind you of anything? As for me, the clock of the “Yanukov” regime has not ended, the stinks have simply passed to other hands.
And at the same time, Igor Rodinsky, still formally operating in the Solomyansk district administration, is already in charge of Pecherska: he gives instructions to the injured workers, who until the end do not understand what The status of the vins changes, taking part in the people's parliaments, as the head of the Pechersk region, serving in the presidency at the same time with him. Naked, what is happening at the time when Igor Rodinsky is a government official and is required by law to remain at his place of work, in the Solomyansk regional government administration.
This is the name of the revolution, but it was not in the minds of all people. Those who fought this revolution did not serve their interests and are still hoping for great changes in the native land. In the meantime, these changes are important, those who have been on the other side of the barricades have successfully crossed the barricades, been repacked into a different color and with old, traditional methods continue the process of special enrichment.
And the end of this epic will be exactly the same as in 2005. Then the Party of Regions gave up, gave up and stabbed the then President, Prime Minister and the entire Ukrainian people in the back. When will you work for the help of your so-called “hidden guard”, who, being publicly untainted, integrates with the authorities by hook or by crook. The start has already started. The root grows near the Kiev municipal government.
It has become impossible to register in the political arena other members of the Party of Regions, similar to Igor Rodinsky, and to find out what role they have in this process. In the meantime, the Ukrainian people, at the cost of a powerful life in the direct sense, fight for power, independence and a privileged life in the best minds, the former regime is forced to continue the power holes in the margins of the current government.
