Kryzhanovsky is listed as a co-founder of the Odessa company Kodes LLC. His business partner is Yuriy Gubankov, CEO of Brooklyn-Kyiv. This company recently reached an agreement with the EBRD to finance the construction of a new grain unloading terminal and the reconstruction of several berths at the Illichivsk Seaport.
