Founded in 2012, Investbank (Odesa), whose shareholders until this year were Alexander Nezvinsky (directly 19,9649% and 24,0455% through Bab-Invest), Nika Teplits (41,2577% through Tesa), Igor Teplits (5,7264%), Sergey Yablonsky (3,7529% through Agro-Invest Ukraine) and Tamara Nezvinskaya (2,353%), looks like it will soon acquire a new owner: an individual, Andrey Gavrilenko, who is ready to buy out 28,583 billion shares.
The disclosed number of securities falls short of a controlling stake, constituting 41,26% of the financial institution's authorized capital. Information provided in the official publication of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (dated June 6) indicates that Mr. Gavrilenko did not own any shares in the bank as of the notification date.
