COMPOSITION OF THE KYIV REGIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION
However, the available data does not provide a complete picture of the party composition of local election commissions. KV was unable to determine who leads the commissions of towns, villages, and cities of district significance.
Today, the Central Election Commission has published information on the composition of district election commissions and commissions of cities of regional significance.
At the same time, data on which parties oversee and who sits on the electoral commissions of cities of district significance, of which there are 12 in the Kyiv region, is unavailable. The situation is similar with the commissions of towns (29) and villages (602).
According to Vladimir Stogov, head of the Kyiv Regional Electoral Commission, the CEC itself does not yet know the distribution of forces in the remaining electoral commissions, as information on their composition is provided to the Central Electoral Commission exclusively by the electoral commissions themselves.
"The regional election commission is not responsible for this issue, as it is not within its purview. Territorial election commissions submit information to the Central Election Commission themselves. We don't know who has joined the other election commissions in the region," Vladimir Stogov commented to KV.
