The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has authorized advance payments for the purchase of equipment for the completion of the new building of the Okhmatdet clinic in Kyiv.

This resolution was recently published on the Cabinet of Ministers' website. Specifically, it allowed for advance payments of up to 10 months.

Earlier, the State Enterprise "Ukrmedproektbud" accepted a proposal from Altis-Construction LLC to carry out construction work at Okhmatdet. The cost was UAH 389,97 million.

Interestingly, Altis Construction has a charter capital of only 350 hryvnias and is owned by the Cypriot offshore companies Altis Holding Limited and Garyhun Investments Limited. The beneficiaries are unknown. The company is managed by Maksym Zabigaylo, who also manages Oleksandr Glimbovsky's Altis Holding corporation.

It is also interesting that Altis Honda Limited is owned by Glimbovsky's daughter, who is also the wife of the head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov.
