On the last Holy Day, the 11th of May, President Petro Poroshenko reluctantly decided to meet with his faction in the conference hall of the Verkhovna Rada.
This came as a surprise to the deputies - they were informed about the conflict with the president two years before. Also, many of the parliamentarians could not be present at it.
Poroshenko, dressed in camouflage uniform, was not in humor.

Poroshenko reacted calmly to such a challenge, and believed that the faction bears his name, and through this he bears personal responsibility for the deputies.

Poroshenko is trying to persuade his faction to vote for candidates to impeach the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the Sovereign Main Fund. They will be confirmed by the Verkhovna Rada on behalf of the Prime Minister.
The president also asked to support the candidacy of Nina Yuzhanina for the head of the parliamentary committee on taxation and foreign policy. Deputy Oksana Prodan put her candidacy on the head of the committee, having passed to parliament for the UDAR quota.

Simply, he is a candidate for the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, which can go to the “People's Front” for the quota.
At first, Yatsenyuk’s faction seriously looked at the position of the prime minister’s close friend, business partner of Igor Kolomoisky Andriy Ivanchuk. Deputies from the NF collected votes for their support in the session hall, but both the BPP and Samopomich spoke out against.
Right away, according to the words of deputies from the NF, Ivanchuk spent a lot of money on the faction. After the scandal with Igor Kolomoisky, when Ivanchuk was sitting on the head of the committee on economic policy, blocking the consideration of the bill, which actually relieved Kolomoisky of control over Ukrnafta, Ivanchuk had a difficult time dealing with Prime Minister.
Likewise, both Ivanchuk and Mykola Martinenko, while the Swiss prosecutor’s office is conducting the investigation, actually do not take part in the controlled faction of the “Popular Front”.
So instead of Ivanchuk, they found another candidate. Finally, at the end of the meeting with the heads of the faction, President Poroshenko nominated Yuri Terentyev to the Antimonopoly Committee. Yatsenyuk waited until then for his candidacy.

There is a compromise between the President and the Prime Minister regarding the candidates for the planting of kerivniki. The “People's Front” is ready to support the candidacy of Bilous for the votes of the BPP against Terentyev.
The “package” is mutually beneficial - it is important for Poroshenko to take his people to the State Fund in order to control the privatization processes in the country. For Yatsenyuk, she is extremely arrogant and planting the AMCU pottery plant. In the near future, the AMCU itself may conduct an independent and objective investigation into the company’s monopoly position on the energy market. For this reason, both the president and the prime minister are ready to demonstrate ostentatious unity.
