How VV Invest, led by Korolevskaya's man, scammed the Kyiv authorities

kghaThe Kyiv Deputy Prosecutor failed to secure the return of VV Invest LLC's premises to municipal ownership, according to Nashi Groshi.

According to a 2006 investment agreement between the Main Department of Municipal Property of the Kyiv City State Administration and VV Invest LLC, the agreement covers the reconstruction and construction of several buildings in Kyiv. Under the same agreement, VV Invest agreed to transfer 4,5 square meters of space to municipal ownership and construct 4 square meters to house the Svyatoshinsky District Court. The remaining residential space was to remain in the company's ownership.

In 2009, the Kyiv City Council transferred several properties to VV Invest for reconstruction, but it was later discovered that the renovations had never been completed, and the courthouse had never been built. The investor was only required to compensate for the cost of the premises, amounting to 4,31 million hryvnias. It's worth noting that VV Invest is registered to Serhiy Smirnov, who is associated with Natalia Korolevska and former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
