The Prosecutor General's Office has placed former Deputy Speaker Igor Kaletnik and former MP Vladimir Oleynik on the wanted list.

The Prosecutor General's Office press service reported this.
They were charged with preparing the minutes of the Verkhovna Rada Counting Commission meeting in advance on January 16, 2014, and noting in them the results of a vote for “dictatorial laws” that had not yet been held.
The Prosecutor General's Office recalls that attempts had previously been made to bring these individuals to criminal responsibility, but the Verkhovna Rada did not give its consent.
On December 1 of this year, they were served with a notice of suspicion, which became possible only after they lost their parliamentary immunity.
However, due to the suspects' presence outside of Ukraine, the investigator has issued a search warrant for them, and the Pechersk Court has granted permission for their detention.

Is it possible for the Yak axis to be confirmed without a trial? “we prepared in advance the minutes of the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada counting commission and noted in them the results of the vote that had not yet been held.” I respect that for such PUBLIC STATEMENTS there are looming judicial decisions! Conduct investigations, bring justice to court, play and then PUBLICLY declare any damage! Friends, let's follow the rule of law. I have a special thought for Mr. Kaletnyk, because after such a public notification from the prosecutor’s office, the Vidpovs are in Ukraine and will not be safe anywhere. It’s all right here, the prosecutor’s office won’t make a word after such a statement.. Maybe there’s no good evidence of guilt?
