The Kirovohrad City Council leased a 0,56-hectare plot of land to the company of a Batkivshchyna candidate. The council passed this decision on the second attempt at its session on September 29, according to the publication Nashi Groshi. At its first attempt on September 22, the Kirovohrad City Council failed to secure enough votes.
The adopted document stipulates that Sozidatel-1 LLC has received a 15-year lease for a land plot at 3/28 Sovetskaya Street. This plot is a 10-15-minute walk from Kirovohrad's central square, Heroyiv Maidan. The plot is leased for the construction and maintenance of a new multi-apartment development. The rent for the land is set at 3% of the standard valuation of the plot.
Sozidatel-1 LLC was registered in the name of Oleksandr Krivshenko in 2004. He previously served as a member of the Kirovohrad Regional Council and the Kirovohrad City Council.
In 2009, Krivshenok was replaced by Sodeistvie Asset Management Company LLC, as well as the latter’s director, Vadim Karpov, among the company’s founders.
In 2010, Dmitry Driga replaced the founders of Sozidatel-1 LLC. Driga, along with Mr. Krivshenko, are co-owners of Promagropostach LLC.
Oleksandr Krivshenko is running for the Kirovohrad City Council in the October 26, 2015, local elections as a candidate for Batkivshchyna. He owns several construction companies: Ukrtranscenter LLC, Grantreyd LLC, and Stroy-Engineering LLC.
