Mykola Danevich, a candidate for the People's Front party in electoral district No. 211 (Kyiv), announced on his Facebook page the installation of free Wi-Fi access in Rylsky Park, which could be considered an indirect form of voter bribery, according to the civic network "Opora."

"According to Article 74, Part 14, 'it is prohibited to conduct election campaigning that involves providing voters, institutions, or organizations with cash or free or discounted goods (except for goods containing visual images of a party's name, symbols, or flag, provided that the cost of such goods does not exceed three percent of the minimum wage), services, or work...'. This same clause also states that providing free services to voters constitutes indirect voter bribery."

Furthermore, on October 19, the law "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine Concerning Increased Penalty for Violating Citizens' Electoral Rights" entered into force. This law provides for criminal liability for bribery of voters: "The offer, promise, or provision to a voter of an undue benefit for any actions related to the direct exercise of their electoral rights shall be punishable by restriction of liberty for up to three years or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one to three years."
