The Kyiv City State Administration continues to demolish individual small architectural forms, while entire networks remain intact. Another outrageous incident occurred in Kyiv recently. This was reported by KyivVlast.
A disabled volunteer stationed in the ATO zone fell victim to official lawlessness. The Kyivblagoustroistvo municipal enterprise demolished the volunteer's kiosk without hesitation. According to Anton Karpenko, a member of the UDA, the owner himself filed a complaint about the illegal demolition of the kiosk on Zakrevsky Street.
It is known that district authorities tried to protect the building from the actions of the Kyiv City State Administration, but this did not produce results.
It's worth noting that such cynical targeted demolitions are not isolated in Kyiv. A woman with children, whose husband had died, approached her with a similar problem. For them, the kiosk was their only means of earning a living.
"Or there's a kiosk whose owner repaired shoes for 20 years. Suddenly, it's torn down. They leave the chain stores alone because they can stand up for themselves, while socially protected entrepreneurs are subject to repression. I think this is wrong," Karpenko notes.
