As reported by the Office of Communications and Serbia of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, a pre-trial investigation has been launched between the prosecutor and police investigators into the fact of the theft of property within an hour search in a jewelry store.
The next part of the Kiev City Prosecutor's Office is conducting a pre-trial investigation of one hundred law enforcement officers, including the prosecutor of the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office, into the fact of the theft of goods from the high-end jewelry store "Graf" the amount of 20,000 US dollars and 1,203,678 euros. Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema informed the briefing about this.
Following these words, law enforcement officers of the Pechersk district police department together with the detectives of the district prosecutor’s office, as part of a criminal investigation stemming from the fact of the sale of counterfeit goods, came to jewelry stores and began searching. Having grown up in official positions, these individuals began to grab pennies, money and years.
However, they didn’t realize that there were 26 video cameras located in the store, 11 of which were currently working and recording all the activities of the so-called surveillance group.
Information about the commission of criminal offenses by law enforcement officers was entered before the ЄРДР for part 3 of Art. 365 (rearrangement of services) and part 5 of Art. 185 (theft on a particularly large scale) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The senior prosecutor of the prosecutor's office of the Pechersk district of the capital and the senior investigator of the SV RU of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kiev were accused. The stench persists in the isolation ward for about three hours. The locality of another law enforcement officer is being cleared.
Also, Vitaliy Yarema is convinced that he got involved with the boss of the store and got out on behalf of the prosecutor’s office for this damn fact.
“I promised that the investigation would be carried out transparently and objectively,” said Vitaliy Yarema.
The Prosecutor General, having called on the prosecutor's officers, will strictly adhere to the law, and will not give preference to anyone.
