"Nashi Groshi," citing the "Bulletin of State Procurement," reports that on January 27, following a tender, Kyivenergo PJSC entered into an agreement with Energonaladka LLC for the reconstruction of the KRU-0,4 HVO integrated switchgear unit and the supply of equipment to CHPP-6. The transaction value was UAH 12 million.
Energonaladka LLC is scheduled to deliver the equipment no later than April 10, and construction and installation work must be completed by June 10. The overall completion date is scheduled for August 2015.
Energonaladka LLC competed with two companies in this tender. The first was Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column-99 LLC, owned by Gennady Antonenko and Konstantin Lebedev. Antonenko is known as the co-owner of Donetsk High-Voltage Equipment Plant LLC, along with Alexey Demchenko.
The second competitor was LLC FPG Donpromenergo, founded in 2011 by Victoria Demchenko, who was registered with the aforementioned Alexey Demchenko at the same address in Donetsk.
The owners of the company "Energonaladka" are Donetsk residents Sergey Varnavsky and Roman Vitalievich Nevenglovsky. The latter's brother, Anton Vitalievich Nevenglovsky, works at Rinat Akhmetov's DTEK, which controls Kyivenergo. Nevenglovsky is also known as the deputy head of the electricity sales department at DTEK LLC.
The director of the company OOO Energonaladka is Dmitry Kholyavchenko.
