The management of Kyivkhlib is suspected of signing fictitious agreements to install small architectural forms selling socially distanced bread. Kyivkhlib PJSC took this step to evade taxes, according to the KV publication, citing a request from a Kyiv State Fiscal Service investigator.
It was reported that in December 2014, Kyivkhlib won an investment tender. Following the tender, Kyivkhlib was granted permission to establish retail outlets selling bread and bakery products. Kyivkhlib PJSC subsequently signed an agreement with ALTECH LLC for the installation of specialized kiosks selling bread and bakery products.
The founder of ALTECH LLC is Andrey Medved. A person with the same name was previously registered as a sole proprietor in Donetsk. During questioning by the State Fiscal Service, Andrey Medved provided documents confirming that his company had not engaged in any business activity, but had merely provided a package of documents confirming the fictitious supply of goods and services.
As a reminder, Kyivkhlib PJSC is controlled by entities belonging to Vyacheslav Suprunenko, the son-in-law of former Kyiv Mayor Chernovetskyi. Mr. Suprunenko is currently hiding from law enforcement outside of Ukraine. Vyacheslav Suprunenko's brother, Oleksandr Suprunenko, is a member of parliament in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Investigative Department of the State Fiscal Service of Kyiv has opened a criminal case into tax evasion by the management of PJSC Kyivkhlib.
