As lawyer Yuri Sukhov reported on his Facebook page, this decision was made by the Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court.
"The court disagreed with the Central Election Commission of Ukraine and overturned, in my opinion, its separatist and opportunistic decision to refuse to register A.P. Klyuev, a permanent resident of Donetsk, Ukraine, as a candidate for People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Liberal Party of Ukraine in single-mandate constituency No. 46 in the snap elections of July 21, 2019," he wrote.
At the same time, the Central Election Commission must review the documents again and make a decision on registration or refusal.
