Kolomoisky disrupted the Ukrnafta company's reorganization.

UkrnaftaMark Rollins, the CEO of Ukrnafta, recently announced that the company lacks the funds to pay its debts to the state (11 billion hryvnias in taxes, as well as approximately 2,5 billion hryvnias in dividends to minority shareholders). He believed that only a company reorganization could save the situation, which was why a supervisory board meeting was scheduled. The meeting was also intended to determine key conditions for an independent expert analysis of the accounts receivable and accounts payable that arose in 2015.
Unfortunately, the event never took place. Neither supervisory board member Petro Stolyar (appointed under Naftogaz's quota) nor representatives of minority shareholders (headed by Ihor Kolomoisky) showed up on the scheduled date. Thus, the general shareholders' meeting, not just the pre-trial reorganization, was disrupted.
The statement reads verbatim: “The postponement of the meeting of the supervisory board and, accordingly, the general meeting of shareholders continues the uncertainty regarding the future of Ukrnafta and the repayment of its significant debt to the state budget.”
