Kolomoisky's company reduced its stake in Poltavaoblenergo.

benyaThe investment company Business-Invest reduced its share in the authorized capital of the company Poltavaoblenergo.

The reduction was quite significant – from 12,76% to 2,76%. It's important to note that Business-Invest is owned by Cypriot companies that are part of Igor Kolomoisky's Privat Group. The reasons for this move have not yet been disclosed.

It is known that the overwhelming majority of Poltavaoblenergo shares are owned by Cypriot companies: 23,3% by UA Energy Distribution Holding, 23,9% by B ikontia Enterprises Limited, and 25% by Larva Investments Limited. The remaining shares are owned by the Kyiv-based Meridian Securities Company.

In December 2010, 16,24% of Poltavaoblenergo shares were sold to Business-Invest and Meridian at a starting price of 108,735 million hryvnia.
