History has a lot of examples of historical dynasties. Ukraine is not to blame for such dynasties. Dynasties to seize the power. Over the past few hours, the stench itself has formed the backbone of the officer corps of any army in the world. And Ukraine was not the culprit in this sense. Despite all the complexities of the period of formation of the national army, there were a number of officers who suffered the shortest fates of life for the army, became a butt of inheritance for their children, and were able to pass on to them not less than their invaluable It’s true that love is in the service of the Great Patriotic War.
Colonel General Gennady Vorobyov is a man who has a brilliant career as a military leader and an unquestionable reputation and incorruptible authority among the military..."
“Colonel General Gennady Vorobyov: “...Seeing me off to the first month of service, already on the platform, my father hugged me warmly and said: “I only wish you one good thing, my dear son: don’t let me down...”
“- This time my choice will not be casual. Rather, it’s completely natural. Even though my father Petro Mikolayovich was a career officer, then from childhood I knew the joy of serving in the most distant garrisons. There myself, together with the soldiers, I went to the army club, permeated with the smell of “tartar”, at a film show, together with the soldiers and soldier’s porridge, and a delicious delicacy, a ration of black bread with a pat of butter and hot tea with three pieces of hard refined tsukru, I, believe me, don’t know.”
“Major Vitaly Oliynik is the intercessor of the commander of the helicopter squadron from the military service of the Guards Air Force Base. Some of his service comrades know the officer not only as a professional in the field, who knows his job, but also as a member of the dynasty of military aviators, having fallen asleep with his father - a colonel in the military department Sergiy Ivanovich Oliynik.
Sergei Oliinik began his officer service in 1975 in the 51st Guards Helicopter Regiment, as the current Guards Air Force Base was called. Over the past quarter of a century, you have had the opportunity to walk a folding military road. Sergey Ivanovich, two men, volunteered for international duty in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, taking part in the liquidation of the aftermath of the accident at the Chernobil Nuclear Power Plant, helping to maintain peace in Nagorno-Karabakh, and, at the end of the 90s of the last century, igniting the interethnic conflict.”
And there are other dynasties - dynasties that steal the power.
Well, the Biletsky dynasty.

In 2008, the family graduated from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Svyatoslav Piskun:
"I don't have any friends in politics: there simply aren't any. None of my friends are particularly connected to big politics. For example, MP Petro Melnyk, Honorary Rector of the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, and my former assistant, the excellent Alfred Biletsky."
From the media:
"In Kyiv, at 35 Gonchar Street, there was a "shadow office" of Artem, the son of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka
Also, Artem Pshonka is “well” known as “Raider No. 1”.
In this so-called "Office on Gonchar," a gang of criminals of various stripes, under his direct supervision, developed corruption schemes and plans for the hostile takeover of state-owned and private enterprises in Ukraine. It was into this office that multi-million dollar cash flows from conversion centers, kickbacks from tenders, proceeds from corruption schemes in the tax inspectorate and customs, and "tribute" from private entrepreneurs flowed monthly.
In the Kyiv region, the will of the "Office on Gonchar" was carried out with fierce devotion by, among others, the deputy head of the Kyiv Interregional Customs Office, Alfred Alfredovich Biletsky. A close friend of former Prosecutor General Svyatoslav Piskun, he cynically boasted of his strong connections in Viktor Pshonka's Prosecutor General's Office, which allegedly granted him immunity equal to that of a parliamentary deputy.
Apparently, this is precisely why A. Biletsky forced enterprises engaged in the export or import of goods to pay a “tribute” for their unhindered customs clearance at the Kyiv Interregional Customs Office.
Biletsky imposed a "corruption tax" on virtually all enterprises served by the customs service entrusted to him, including... state-owned ones! And a significant portion of this cash flow was funneled by Biletsky to Artem Pshonka's "Office," which "generously" rewarded him, simply turning a blind eye to the pervasive corruption that A.A. Biletsky diligently cultivated within the agency's walls. With each year of the "Family's" reign in power, A. Biletsky's reach and appetites grew so great that he began openly ignoring the orders of the customs chief, and soon became the de facto "shadow leader" of this agency.
At the present time, the “merited pensioner” Biletsky Alfred Alfredovich is the founder of the same LLC “KBB”, loitering in the Pechersky district on the street. Pool.

From the media:
"Treasonous Declaration
It's best to begin an introduction to the new head of the Internal Security Directorate of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine with a rhetorical question. Do you think an honest prosecutor could declare the following information in his income declaration: a salary of UAH 9,633, while owning UAH 1 million in the "bank deposits, securities, and other assets" section, a 600-square-meter house, and a 3-liter Volkswagen.
The official's family is doing well, too: they earn 340 hryvnias (under "dividends, interest, royalties"). They also own an apartment measuring a whopping 220 square meters. Here are excerpts from Igor Alfredovich Biletsky's financial "confession" for 2011.
A former graduate of the Tax Service Academy, Igor Alfredovich first rose to prominence as Deputy Prosecutor of the Lviv Region. Criminal Ukraine and a number of online publications wrote about his far-from-minor role in a major corruption scheme. Several articles, including "How Cop Nariychuk Protected Lviv Converting Centers, Stealing Billions from Ukraine!", detail Mr. I.A. Biletsky's direct involvement in the "successful" operation of a conversion center in Western Ukraine. "The Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the prosecutor, Igor Alfredovich Biletsky, play a huge role (in the Center's activities – author), receiving a monthly 100,000 hryvnia bribe for the shadowy protection of this conversion center."
Another article, dedicated to the Center's activities, claimed that "the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office, represented by Deputy Regional Prosecutor I. Beletsky and Head of Department V. Brezdan, plays a particularly significant role in providing it with a "green corridor." It was our "hero," according to the media, who facilitated the "sale" of the criminal case opened against the defendants. Well, now the data from Igor Alfredovich's aforementioned declaration is beginning to answer the logical question: where, of course, did all these "lemons," houses, apartments, and dividends come from? But where did he get this new high-ranking position with such a past?
BILETSKY Oleg Igorovich (son of Igor Alfredovich and nephew of Alfred Alfredovich)
Born on February 02, 1981 in the town of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region.
LABOR ACTIVITY

Із ЗМІ:
"Oleg Beletsky has been the acting head of the State Tax Inspectorate in Kyiv's Desnyansky district since October 2014," the State Fiscal Service website reported. In 2003, Beletsky graduated from the Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Irpin), which was headed by Petro Melnyk, a member of parliament from the Party of Regions. According to local media, Beletsky is a distant relative of Melnyk. Beletsky subsequently worked for the tax service, and in 2011, he was elected secretary of the Irpin City Council (Party of Regions). In 2013, Beletsky resigned from the City Council, allegedly of his own accord, although media reports suggested his impending dismissal was a decision of the City Council itself. Beletsky's resignation occurred after Melnyk was arrested for bribery in the summer of 2013. The rector then fled abroad, and Beletsky was transferred to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Revenue in Kyiv.
Beletsky was recalled from the reserve to serve at the State Tax Inspectorate in March 2014. A month later, Melnyk returned to Ukraine, where he was initially detained, but the court reduced his bail 50-fold to 600,000 hryvnias, and he was released. Melnyk is currently trying to regain his position as rector of the Tax Academy through the courts in Irpen.
Having settled in the Posad of the First Defender of the Head of the DPI near the Desnyansky District of the Head Office of the DFS near the city of Kiev, having pulled up to himself from the Shevchenko DPI to the Posad of the Head of the Veddilu to extinguish the debts of the great “sidekick” Nosk Oleksandr Volodimirovich (b. 1979)
And the “work” began to “legally” extort taxes from employers.
The amount of donations is indicated in mental units on paper coins in the office of V.O. Head of the DPI Desnyansky district Biletsky O.I.
For repeating the fate of his “conviction” in the DPI Desnyansky district on the initiative of Biletsky O.I. More than 500 tax notifications and decisions were made to reduce costs from legal entities, which were mostly involved with the court order. And how many “decisions” were made in the office of V.O. Head of the DPI Desnyansky district?
In the same way, smaller, but also promising, brothers are growing up, continuing the “great” Biletsky dynasty.
BILETSKY Andriy Igorovich (son of Igor Alfredovich and nephew of Alfred Alfredovich and brother of Oleg Igorovich)
Born on the 15th of April 1984.
Zaymana posad: Zast. Prosecutor of the Pechersky district of Kiev.
From the information about the results of the verification in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power” by Andriy Igorovich Biletsky
Based on the results of the verification, it was established that until Andriy Igorovich Biletsky, the protections established in part three or four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power” will not be stagnated.
Legality in the Pechersk region will be controlled by a representative of the prominent dynasty!
BILETSKY Leonid Igorovich (son of Igor Alfredovich and nephew of Alfred Alfredovich and brother of Oleg Igorovich)
Born May 15, 1988
So you can imagine that a representative of such a Biletsky dynasty will fight corruption in the highest echelons of power!
Will there be... (sorry)?!
