Kredobank will increase its authorized capital

KredobankPJSC Kredobank intends to increase its authorized capital by more than 17% to UAH 2,249 billion, the financial institution's press service reported.

This will be achieved through the issuance of common registered shares with a par value of 1 kopeck, with a total par value of UAH 330 million. The decision to increase capital was made at an extraordinary general meeting of the bank's shareholders.

It is noted that the increase procedure itself will be simplified.

As a reminder, prior to the decision to increase the bank's authorized capital, it exceeded UAH 1,9 billion, and was ranked in Group II by assets, according to the National Bank of Ukraine. Kredobank's main investor is PKO Bank Polski SA, which holds 99,6% of the financial institution's shares.
