KOZLOV'S CIRCULAR GUARANTEE: THE PROSECUTOR WHO ROBBERED "COUNT" WILL BE RELEASED TODAY

Pavel Kozlov, now a former prosecutor in the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office in Moscow, who became a YouTube star and internet hero thanks to his infamous video of the robbery of the Graf jewelry store on Gorodetsky Street, will be released on bail today, a source for the Prosecutor's Truth reports.

"Corruption is still rampant—the appellate court chairman, without explaining why, lowered bail from 5 million hryvnias to 340,000. After the jewelry boutique incident, there were four more complaints from victims of Kozlov's prosecutorial abuses. He will likely join investigator Maria Vasilyeva and witness Filonenko, who still haven't been caught," the source notes.

According to the Prosecutor's Truth, during interrogations in the case, Kozlov openly threatened to kill those who had reported him, and there are witnesses to this. "He sat in jail for a bit, passions died down, and Kozlov was released again to do his 'good' deeds."
“Today he will be released from the city pretrial detention center…,” a source familiar with the case sums up.

Thus, a month after the incident, all high-ranking figures in the $2 million "robbery of the century," despite Prosecutor General Vitaly Yarema's promise to thoroughly investigate the situation, remain unpunished. Oleksiy Baganets, the "supervisor" of the search, remains Yarema's deputy, investigator Dmitry Lodochnikov, the "informer" of the jewelry store, remains in the Prosecutor General's Office, and all the operatives involved in the case (Kozlov, Filonenko, and Vasilyeva) remain free.

Moreover, despite the fact that the perpetrators planted part of the stolen goods, they never returned the ring, worth approximately 240 thousand euros.
