Viktor Yanukovych's protégé Ilya Levitsky and his railway mafia robbed Ukraine of $348 million. MP Vitaliy Kupriy filed a written statement with this information to the NABU (Read more about it in article BItalian Kupriy. Kolomoisky's shavka received an order to eliminate Poroshenko.).
According to the parliamentarian, officials of the Odessa Railway, in collusion with the former management of Transinvestservice LLC and Ukrzaliznytsia OJSC, caused damage to the state in the amount of more than $348 million.
The MP also reported that the management of Odesa Railways, to the detriment of the state, refused to accept $2,5 per ton from Transinvestservice for railcar delivery and cleaning services. Thus, Ukrzaliznytsia annually transferred approximately $60 in revenue to a private company, which should have gone to the state budget. In turn, railcar delivery and cleaning services were provided by the company Chornomorskaya-TIS, founded by Russian oligarch Alexey Fedorych.
Kupriy noted that former Ukrzaliznytsia deputy director Viktor Cherny, former head of the Odesa Railway Ilya Levitsky, and Transinvestservice director Andriy Stavnitser are implicated in this large-scale corruption scheme. The latter is currently the honorary consul of Austria in Odesa.
Vitaliy Kupriy demanded that NABU conduct an investigation into corrupt officials who simply stole funds from the state.
