With the arrival of Tetyana Tkachik as General Director of VAT “Ukrmedprom”, serious problems began at the Ladizhinsky Distillery “Extra”. “Ladyzhinsky plant “Extra” is a subsidiary of the State Joint Stock Company “Ukrmedprom”, which adopted the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On further reform of the medical and microbiological industry” No. 897 06/05/2000 r.
As it became known, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine issued an order whereby the name of the State Joint Stock Company "Ukrmedprom" was changed to the Public Joint Stock Partnership "Ukrmedprom" and became the new edition of the Statute of Enterprise was approved. Tetyana Tkachik was appointed to the position of the general director, as, in her ear, she received an order about the settlement from the borrowed position of the then director of the Ladizhinsky Distillery “Extra” enterprise, Oleg Koshovoy.

The director of the Ladizhyn Distillery was placed under a timely obligation on the head of the logistics department of VAT “Ukrmedprom” Yuriy Mudrak. The distillery found that the decision of the Ministry of Health was illegal and disgraced him in court.
As a journalistic investigation established, the dismissal of the director of the DP “Extra” was illegal, since the company did not have the necessary document to confirm the change in the parent company. As of today, the subsidiary has not received any confirmation that there have been changes in the parent company or a change in its management.
Having carried out a small analysis of the laws that regulate the activities of state-owned joint stock companies, lawyers were already pleased that the Ministry of Health in 2014 independently made decisions about change in the name of the form of government of DAC "Ukrmedprom". If desired, the organizational and legal form of the sovereign joint stock partnership can be changed only by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Tetyana Tkachik had previously put pressure on the Ladizhinsky distillery through the subsidiary “Ukrspirt”, which encouraged the “Extra” plant to sell its products better, through which the enterprise was willing to rely on its work. Today, just over 20 people work at the plant (previously there were 106 people working here). As it became known later, before the state register, changes were made to the servicing of the Ladizhinsky distillery, and the registration itself of its new director.
As of today, the Ladizhinsky Distillery is in the state of insignificance. There appears to be a raid of the enterprise under the supervision of the director of VAT “Ukrmedprom” Tetyana Tkachik, and representatives of the partnership wrote a letter to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, the SBU and law enforcement agencies.
