The publication's article reports that Levochkin and Pinchuk have influence over some members of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, and that the conversation with the President of Ukraine concerned the vote of members of the pro-presidential faction for the so-called "Lutsenko Law." Levochkin is known to control members of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc who were elected to the Verkhovna Rada through the quota of Klitschko's UDAR party.

A source for the publication reported that on May 10, following the unsuccessful vote on the GPU law, Petro Poroshenko summoned the head of the "People's Will" parliamentary group, Yaroslav Moskalenko.
