Levochkin is expanding in Koncha-Zaspa no worse than Yanukovych.

Levochkin's mansionViktor Yanukovych's former ally, Serhiy Lyovochkin, and his sister are building a mansion in Koncha-Zaspa, Kyiv region, during the economic crisis. The house will be no worse than that of his former fugitive boss.

KV learned about this from the blog of BPP deputy Sergei Leshchenko.

The latter recently released information about the construction of a huge palace in the Obukhovsky district for Viktor Yanukovych's ally, Sergei Levochkin.

"A ballroom, a northern rotunda, a southern rotunda, an art gallery, a library, karaoke, a disco, a small living room, a large living room, a dining terrace, a gym, a massage room, a cosmetology salon, a spa, yoga, a swimming pool, a mini-football field... This list is a list of the rooms and facilities in the new Mezhyhirya, which is planned for Sergei Levochkin," Leshchenko wrote.

"The country is in crisis, businesses are closing, banks are going bankrupt, businesses are tightening their belts, but the depression hasn't reached all the residents of Koncha-Zaspa. Lyovochkin is doing okay—unlike the rest of Yanukovych's inner circle, who are forced to settle in near Moscow, order Israeli passports, and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers to lift sanctions. The boss is on the run, and Lyovochkin and his sister are members of the Verkhovna Rada," the MP added.

According to MP Leshchenko, Yulia Lyovochkina, the sister of Sergei Lyovochkin and a member of parliament, crossed the line last week at a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Speaking at the PACE plenary session in Strasbourg, she lashed out at the Ukrainian government without mentioning the Putin regime or its crimes in Ukraine.

According to MP Sergei Leshchenko, Putin, through Russia's Channel One, is their partner in the Inter television holding company, and the Firtash-Levochkin chemical empire was built with money from Putin's "wallet" Rotenberg.

Moreover, according to Leshchenko, part of the cheap gas intended for the population is successfully used by chemical plants, guaranteeing additional profitability for the oligarchic clan.

"Part of the money earned by Rotenberg, Firtash, and Levochkin is being used to build the latter's palace, for which Levochkin has privately owned an entire island on Kyiv's Rublevka—in the Golden Gate complex near Koncha-Zaspa," the blogger writes, noting that, as a member of parliament, he has already filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor General's Office.
