Litvin is first in line for lustration

One of the main demands the Ukrainian people put forward during the December-February revolution of 2013-2014 was lustration, the cleansing of power. However, Poroshenko has yet to begin cleansing the government. For example, the three Lytvyn brothers—MP Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chief of the State Border Service Mykola Lytvyn, and Army General Petro Lytvyn, who faces numerous questions regarding the Ilovaisk tragedy—have yet to be lustrated. The fact that Poroshenko closely cooperates with the Lytvyns, who are close to Kuchma, demonstrates that Poroshenko is a staunch supporter of the clan-oligarchic system. Consequently, the revolution has not yet achieved all of its goals, and the clan-oligarchic model in Ukraine has yet to be destroyed. This means that the revolution must continue; this time Ukraine needs a petty-bourgeois revolution, the consequence of which will be the destruction of the clan-oligarchic system.
