According to the court ruling, the Prosecutor General's Office has been granted permission to audit the banking records of PJSC Luhanskholod, which is controlled by Natalia Korolevska. The publication "Nashi Groshi" has obtained the court ruling.

It was previously reported that Korolevskaya's company makes customs payments to the LPR and imports raw materials for its production from Russia.

Thus, GPU investigators gained access to the company's documentation for the period from March 1, 2014. Furthermore, employees of the Prosecutor General's Office were granted access to the accounts of Luganskholod Trading House LLC and its subsidiaries—the Lisichansk, Stakhanovsky, Krasnoluchsky, and Lugansk refrigeration plants.

The main shareholders of Luganskholod are the private enterprise Luginvestkon and Kholodinvest LLC. Currently, the owner of Luginvestkon is a certain Galina Tsyganok. Until 2010, the founder of Luginvestkon was listed as Larisa Korolevskaya, mother of MP Korolevskaya. Larisa, along with her husband, Yuri Korolevskiy, is also listed as a co-founder of Kholodinvest LLC.

As a reminder, the Prosecutor General's Office opened a criminal case against former MP Oleksandr Yefremov and Natalia Korolevska. The criminal case was initiated in January 2015 following media reports alleging their involvement in financing terrorist organizations operating in the occupied territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Furthermore, the media reported that individuals close to Korolevska and Yefremov were being appointed to leadership positions in terrorist organizations in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
