gunpowder bagThe Radical Party, led by Oleh Lyashko, filed a lawsuit against Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, demanding that the guarantor submit a motion to Parliament regarding the re-election of members of the Central Election Commission.

As Lyashko himself told journalists, on September 15, he signed and filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, requesting that Petro Poroshenko submit candidates for new Central Election Commission members for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.

Mikhail Okhendovsky was targeted by the Lyashkovites (Read more about it in the article Mikhail Okhendovsky: What is the new "Pidrahuy" keeping quiet about?), Andriy Magera, Zhanna Usenko-Chernaya, Oleksandr Chupakhin, Bronislav Raikovsky, and Valeriy Sheludko, who have worked at the Central Election Commission for over eight years. Furthermore, the radicals planned to demand through the courts the adoption of a law and amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding the abolition of parliamentary immunity and the impeachment of the president.
