Ukrainian MP and Radical Party leader Oleh Lyashko has held dual citizenship—Austria—for four years, since July 2010. This was announced on his Facebook page by Austrian Alex Floss, citing a source in the Vienna prosecutor's office, which is investigating Oleksiy Azarov, son of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, on suspicion of money laundering in Austria.

As a result of investigations into charter flights of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, his family members, and close associates, information has surfaced about the flight of Ukrainian MP Oleh Lyashko to the Austrian city of Innsbruck on January 12, 2013, on a private Hawker Beechcraft Model 390 with the registration number UR-USA, as well as a copy of his Austrian passport.
"While checking documents about the Azarovs' travels and endless charter flights, they came across documents of interest to Ukrainian journalists, but of little significance to them – an application for a flight on a private Hawker Beechcraft Model 390 with registration number UR-USA from Kyiv/Zhulyany Airport to Innsbruck, Austria on January 12, 2013, as well as a copy of the passport of a passenger on the private jet of the well-known Ukrainian radical Oleh Lyashko.
According to spotter databases, Oleg Lyashko's private jet with tail number UR-USA was indeed at Innsbruck Airport on January 12, 2013.
The same aircraft was previously spotted on November 26, 2011, at Düsseldorf Airport. In June 2014, this aircraft was photographed by spotters in Nizhny Novgorod. This aircraft was also seen in the ATO zone.

As a reminder, Oleh Lyashko's deputy, the chairman of the Radical Party faction in the Kyiv City Council and his friend, Andriy Lozovoy, confirmed on his Facebook page that his boss does indeed have a plane at his disposal, "provided by good people, supporters of the Radical Party."
Ukrainian political scientists and journalists have speculated that Oleh Lyashko's Radical Party, like Oleh Lyashko himself, is a political project of Serhiy Lyovochkin. Therefore, it can be assumed that this plane was provided to Oleh Lyashko either by Lyovochkin himself or by one of the Party of Regions deputies.
According to data from Flightradar24.com and the Ukrainian Spotter Site, the aircraft with the tail number UR-USA previously flew to Luhansk regularly, up to twice a month, confirming its ownership by a key member of the Party of Regions from Luhansk.
