In addition, the candidacy of the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Serhiy Kuzmenko, has been proposed to the President for consideration. The decision regarding this official is particularly interesting. Anatoliy Kuzmenko, Serhiy Kuzmenko's father, is running for the Poroshenko Bloc in District 103 (Kirovohrad Oblast). Rumor has it that the elder Kuzmenko's participation in the parliamentary elections was made possible by his business. This business, which supplies agricultural raw materials, is of interest to enterprises controlled by the President. Furthermore, much has been made of Anatoliy Kuzmenko's achievements during the presidential campaign. Will Poroshenko be able to put all this "goodwill" behind him while adhering to the letter of the new law?
