According to the state registry, on September 19, 2022, Eremenko became the owner of 84 acres of land and a house on it with an area of 1232 square meters. The property is located in the "Elena" gardening community in Khotyanivka, near Kyiv.
The market value of this land is about $300 thousand. And the house, according to realtors, could cost $5 million or more.
In his 2018 asset declaration, MP Pavelko indicated that he rented a 123-square-meter house in Khotyanivka. According to journalists' observations, the guard house on the Eremenko estate is of a similar size. However, the owners' house not only appears significantly larger but also well-occupied.
According to the program, it was in this house that law enforcement officers conducted a search on October 18 in connection with one of the embezzlement cases at the Ukrainian Anti-Fraud Fund. Although Pavelko himself denied the search, journalists showed live footage of it. Specifically, the video captured a terrace with gilded furniture, a separate room for dozens of pairs of valuable men's shoes worth over $150, and a room containing women's shoes, perfume, and handbags valued at over $50.

All this suggests that Andrey Pavelko and his wife, Ekaterina Chaus, may live there. However, Pavelko's ownership of this property has not been officially announced.
Furthermore, journalists noted that the Eremenko estate extends right up to the water through state-owned land. However, contrary to the law and unlike its neighbors, the Eremenko estate has closed off access to the water to outsiders. The Pavelko family has established a boat mooring and a luxurious private beach on state-owned land.

In June, media reported that since 2018, the police had been slow to investigate the cases of the UAF's leadership. Also, due to the actions of the Prosecutor General's Office, other criminal cases of embezzlement by the Association had not been investigated.
In September, Kyiv's Pechersky District Court banned the UAF from holding elections for president and other members of the association's governing bodies at its next congress. Pavelko was expected to be re-elected as president of the association at this congress.
