"Dream" of the sharper Simon Cherniavsky

sai-mon-chernyavskii-The scandalous Mriya Agroholding, already notorious for stealing agricultural equipment, raiding a motor transport enterprise in the Ternopil region, and funneling money offshore, has now taken up document forgery.

Timeline of events: On July 2, lawyers from Mriya Agroholding attempted to gain access to the premises of Global-Feed LLC, displaying a photocopy of the lease agreement for administrative premises, which, allegedly, the previous owner of the ATP, a representative of Bud M LLC, had concluded with them.

When Taras Didyk, the current legal owner of this motor transport enterprise, asked them to provide the original contract, Mriya representatives refused. Therefore, for obvious reasons, Taras Didyk (representative of Global-Feed) denied Mriya agroholding lawyers access to his private property.

But on the night of July 2-3, 50 armed, athletic, and masked men attacked the company. The thugs, apparently acting on behalf of Mriya Agroholding, climbed over the fence and forcibly attempted to enter the ATP's administrative buildings, which are owned by Global-Feed LLC. Thanks to the coordinated actions of the company's regular security, the attackers were driven off the premises. Interestingly, Alexander Strilenko, head of security for Mriya Agroholding, was spotted among the attackers.

The irony and arrogance of Mriya's actions continued when its PR managers spread deliberately false information through biased media outlets that their enterprise was allegedly being blocked by raiders...

To refute this, Taras Didyk, director of Global Feed LLC, provided investigative journalists with the original document, the "ATP Purchase and Sale Act," as well as a land lease agreement (ATP territory), concluded with the Khorostkiv City Council back in 2015 for a period of 49 years.

Interestingly, journalists also got their hands on the dubious document presented by Mriya's lawyers, and it turns out that the man who allegedly signed it on Mriya's behalf, Mikhail Khmel, is seeing these "documents" for the first time, and the signature isn't even his...

"I actually worked for a long time for a company that was part of the Mriya Agroholding. With the arrival of new management led by Simon Chernyavsky, I wasn't just fired and effectively thrown out on the street, but now it turns out that forged documents are being signed in my name, which I'm seeing for the first time! The signature on the document is clearly not mine, and I've never been to the place where this agreement was signed—the urban settlement of Gusyatyn...," says Mikhail Khmel.

A man deceived by Mriya scammers has filed a complaint with law enforcement and the court. Police have already opened a criminal investigation into the forgery of documents by the agricultural holding's employees.
