Medvedchuk to acquire Rosneft's gas station network

A company controlled by Viktor Medvedchuk is set to acquire Rosneft's Ukrainian gas station network, according to LigaBusiness.

Swiss company Glusco Energy SA has reportedly submitted a bid to acquire Rosneft's gas station chain. The company is linked to Swiss oil trader Proton Energy Group, which is controlled by Viktor Medvedchuk.

Rosneft operates 141 gas stations in 12 regions of Ukraine. The company also owns the Lisichansk Oil Refinery. Rosneft's gas stations in Ukraine are known under the brands TNK, Formula, Zolotoy Gepard, and Smile.
