On Saturday, July 16, 2016, a daring robbery occurred at one of the Nova Poshta branches, which is located in the village of Bozhedarovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Details revealed that the robbery took place in broad daylight. Three robbers broke into a Nova Poshta branch, forced a 19-year-old female carrier operator to the floor, and bound her. They stole 17 hryvnias from the cash register and safe, as well as her wallet and passport. Afterwards, the robbers threatened to physically harm the woman, locked her in the branch, and fled in an unknown direction.
After some time, the operator managed to free himself and call law enforcement. Interestingly, the management and security service of Ukraine's largest logistics company knew in advance about the threat of robbery and took no measures to protect the life and health of their employee.
The management and security service of Nova Poshta, which arrived only three hours after the robbery, did not even inquire about the moral state of the young employee, but instead demanded a report on the amount of money and valuables stolen.
