The court denied the Ministry of Defense's right to the premises of Military Town No. 116 in Kyiv at 81 Melnikova Street. This was reported by Nashi Groshi.
Previously, this property was assigned to the state-owned enterprise Ukrkonversbud under the right of economic management. In April 2007, the Kyiv Commercial Court ruled to transfer a 1190-square-meter portion of the military town to International Business Consult LLC as payment for a debt. The property was then valued at 4,04 million hryvnias. In December of that year, the premises were sold to a certain Georgiy Anatolyevich Trokoz, and in 2010, Delta Bank PJSC received them as compensation under a mortgage agreement worth 10,52 million hryvnias. The debt belonged to the company Uksilgospprodukt.
However, the court ultimately refused to recognize the illegality of the alienation of property.
It's important to note that Dmitry Kulga, Alexander Pelekh, Rostislav Usov, Konstantin Vaganov, and Alla Zlenko have been listed as the owners of International Business Consult since 2006. Uksilgospprodukt existed in the late 90s, but according to the state registry, it no longer exists.
It's important to note that Georgy Trokoz also served as guarantor for a loan from Sosnovaya Pushcha, LLC, to Globus Commercial Bank, OJSC. The military compound premises were also the subject of the guarantee.
It's also worth noting that Delta Bank is currently undergoing liquidation. Its license was revoked in October.
